Christie Shaw, LISW-S

Christie facilitates and oversees activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP's Confidential Monitoring Programs as well as management of the Well-Being CARES Survey for Ohio's medical community. She also is one of the clinicians that is involved with completing well-being screenings at OhioPHP. She is involved with completing assessments, assisting individuals with treatment recommendations, and facilitating the communication with treatment providers when needed. She has significant experience working with adults with mental health and substance use disorders, HIV case management and community mental health. Christie received her Bachelor's Degree from The University of North Texas in Social Work and her Master's Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker.
