Ellen DeFrance, LISW-S

Ellen facilitates and oversees activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP’s monitoring programs. She has extensive clinical experience, most recently working with people who have mental health and substance use disorders in the community health setting. Prior to joining the OPHP, Ellen worked as a Behavioral Health Manager at PrimaryOne Health. She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Work from Miami University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
