Jill Fulton, LISW-S, LICDC

Jill facilitates and oversees activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP’s confidential monitoring programs. Jill has extensive experience in healthcare, mental health and substance use disorders.
Prior to joining OhioPHP, Jill worked as a manager for University Hospitals EAP for several years overseeing EAP team who provided assessment and counseling services to over 40,000 employees. She has also been in private practice for several years. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from University of Cincinnati and master’s degree in social work at University of Louisville, Ky. She is an LISW-S and Licensed Independent Chemical dependency counselor.
